2012 Monsanto Mavericks Apparel – Order Now through June 10!

The 2012 Monsanto Mavericks jerseys, shorts and other items may now be ordered online.

We are retaining last year’s popular design, but we are making a few changes to the ordering process – as well as adding additional item choices:

• Direct ordering online. Choose your items, sizes and payment method on the website.
• Direct delivery. Your order will be shipped directly to you at the address of your choosing.
• More item choices. Including long sleeve, sleeveless, jackets (thermal and wind shell) and arm warmers; full or ¾ zip option on jerseys; and an upgraded padding option in shorts and bibs.

Note: our order must be complete by June 10. Order online by this date to pick the size(s) and style(s) of items you want. The team will only purchase a limited number of items and sizes to retain as inventory.

Placing your Order

1. Visit http://www.voler.com/custom/ordering/li/2350 to access the Mavericks team order.
2. Click on “LOGIN” to enter your Login/Billing Info. Click on “Create Account” to save the information and to create your new User ID and Password. You will automatically be directed to the home page for your team order.
3. Click on “Add Items to This Order" to gain access to the orderable products page. To place items to your shopping cart, click on the item you want to order, then the options you want to select, then the “add to bag” button. You can choose to “View Your Bag” or “Previous Page” (to continue shopping) after adding each item. Repeat these steps for each item you want to order.
4. After placing the last item you want to order in your shopping cart, click on “View Your Bag” to display the items. Carefully review the items and make any necessary modifications or deletions. Because each item is custom built, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted. After you have confirmed your order is correct, click on “Checkout” to complete the secure checkout process by entering your credit card payment information.
5. After you have completed the secure checkout process, an Order Confirmation will automatically be displayed and e-mailed to you for your records.
6. After the order deadline of June 10, you will no longer be able to access the order site. If you have not completed the checkout process for your order by this date, any items in your cart will be removed. The Order Deadline and the Order Ship Date are displayed on the order homepage. The Ship Date is the date that your order will be shipped directly to you.

Recruit a new member to the Mavericks – You both could earn a jersey refund!

If you recruit a new member to the Mavericks, you could both earn a refund on a jersey! Please see the following details:

1. The recruit must be new to the Mavericks or a member who has not ridden in the MS-150 with the Mavericks since 2008 or earlier
2. The recruit must register for Bike MS and raise $250 or more in a 2012 BikeMS event to receive a free jersey.
3. The recruiter is also entitled to a free jersey if he/she raises $250 or more in a 2012 BikeMS event.
4. Recruiter sends an e-mail to John Headrick, Tyson Pruitt and Shelly Ludwig with the new Maverick’s name once they have registered
5. Mavericks who order their jersey online before June 11 will be able to select the exact size and style of jersey they want. A rebate equivalent to the price of one jersey will be issued to Mavericks who meet the above recruiting and fundraising requirements.
6. Mavericks who meet the above but order after June 11 will be able to select a free jersey among the team inventory. (Sizes and styles subject to availability limitations.)

Rooms are filling quickly the weekend of Bike MS 2012 because there is a University of Missouri home football game.  So, book now to be sure you have a room.  Alternatively there is camping at the Boone County fairgrounds.  Some of the motels around Columbia are listed below.
